A promising young talent with multi dimensional qualities, a rare uprising talent, taking life as a mission towards a fairer world. Having completed his schooling in native village school he has done his Masters in several subjects like Public Administration, Rural Development, Business Administration & Journalism from different universities. Also he has undertaken several national & international courses to widen his academic pursuit. Now continuing PhD in Dept of Sociology, Utkal University, Orissa (India).
He has made up his mind right from his student days to heal the bitter wounds of our society that cause social inequality and injustice in Indian society. He has got more dynamism, having associated himself actively in National Service Scheme in college life where he got the spirit of social transformation, quality of leadership and the vision to work in international fora.

As sincerity never goes unawarded, he is conferred upon with several honors and awards. Few of such are

• President of Young India, a civil society organization based at Konark, India. In his leadership Young India has received National Youth Award (2009-2010).
• Executive Director of Centre for Development Studies & Research, a national level social research organization.
• Chairperson of Radio Namaskar, the first community radio of Orissa.
• Moderator in Chief of www.volunteersindia.in, such type first initiative in the country to promote database of Indian volunteers.
• Moderator of Chief of www.eshg.in , such type first initiative to make the self help groups digital & ICT friendly.
• Associate Editor of www.hotnhitnews.com, an e-news portal.
• National Convener of Indira Gandhi NSS Awardee Forum, India.
• National Vice President, Community Radio Association, India.

He is experienced in HRD/HRM aspects, Micro Credit, Food Security, Gender Equality, Local Governance & Rural Micro Planning, HIV/AIDS, Youth Development, Leadership, Organization Mgt, PME, ICT based Rural Dev. Tech, Disaster Mgt, Community Based Journalism, Peoples Organization in development Perspective & related fields and has facilitated trainings for several National / International Agencies as Resource Person/ Facilitator.
