RTI gives life to the Couple

Janatun Begum (68) a rural illiterate lady of Anasara Village of our adopted Village. His husband Uhadulla Shah (75) is too old in age & unable to work for their day to day living who was a daily labourer in past. For marriage of their daughter Uhadulla & Janatun have sold their all lands & their only son Amin has been migrated to UP for his own livelihood. So some days Janatun was going for labouring in houses of other villagers. They had an Antoday Anna Yojana Card & were getting rice through this  card. But since last some months the concerned dealer was not providing them the rice. So these couple was in hunger since last some days & were depending on others for their day to day fooding. This time on of our RTI volunteer Mr. Biswajeet came to know about Janatun when she was moving door to door for food. Biswajeet knew all the matter & advised them to use RTI. But they were afraid of the dealer due to his cruelty attitude. So Biswajeet applied to the PIO Gop Block regarding the matter of Janatun’s Antodaya Anna Yojana Card. Within a week the concerned Officials alongwith the dealer came to the door of Janatun & provide them 1 Quintal Rice free of cost. Since that date the dealer providing rice & other PDS materials regularly to Janatun. Really RTI gives life to Janatun & Uhadulla.
